Let’s talk about: kitchen remedies

Hey! Sydney!

Yes, I’m canvassing you again. I’m doing another workshop you see. Next week! Workshop space - Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre

Once again, we’ll be using the wonderful big hall in the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre (same as we used for the gluten/grain-free workshop).

However, rather than a weekend session, next week’s workshop will run on Tuesday evening. Perfect for after work.

Next week we’ll be talking all about kitchen remedies. Getting back to basics: healing at home. I will take you through some of the best (and easiest) home health remedies, many of which can be found in your pantry.

From digestive upsets, to headaches, to coughs and colds – we’ll be discussing the tools you have at home that can help keep you and your family healthy.

Just like previous workshops, there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions – plus I’ll have some light refreshments for us to share.

All this for just $10. What a steal!

Come one, come all!

If you’re interested in reading a bit more about when, where and how – take a look at the Facebook events page and/or the Eventful page.

You can RSVP through these sites or directly via the blog. I’d ask that you do let me know if you’re planning to come so I can make sure I’ve got enough space for everyone and, most importantly, enough snacks.

Hope to see you there!

I’m planning to run another 1-2 workshops over the next few months. Any other topics you’d like me to cover in future workshops? Suggestions always welcome.
