Festival! Happy!

Hi folks!

Boy am I happy to be able to tell you the latest news… I was gagged until the official Woodford Folk Festival programme launch over the weekend.

But now I can: I’ll be there!

I will be talking with the lovely Sarah at the Blue Lotus tent (different topics to last year) and will be running two workshops (for babies!) in the Children’s Festival.

If you’ve never been to Woodford and you can get to Queensland between 27th Dec and 1st Jan, I would highly recommend putting it in your calender.

WHEN & WHERE TO FIND ME:

Sat 29th Dec 11am – Mish Mash (Kids’ Festival): ‘Bath Time, Soothe  Time’ workshop – relaxation techniques for babies, using acupressure and essential oils.
Sun 30th Dec 10.30am – Blue Lotus: ‘Gluten And Grain Intolerance: What Does It Mean For You?’
Mon 31st Dec 11am – Mish Mash (Kids’ Festival): ‘Bath Time, Soothe  Time’
Tues 1st Jan 10.30 – Blue Lotus: ‘ Vegetarian Or Omnivore: How To Make The Most Of Your Diet

The festival runs over six days and nights, featuring more than 2000 performers spread over 20 stages. You can come for the whole lot, or just drop in for a day.  There are also interesting workshops, street theatre, tasty food stalls, fun bars and plenty of leafy spots to sit, relax and escape the crowd.

Am I gushing too much? Maybe.
