The time has arrived for another of life’s lovely big changes for us – Sydney!
Jon and I are heading off before dawn (-ish) tomorrow morning and both of us are wiggly with excitement about our next adventure!
Change can be scary, it’s a journey into uncharted territory. Stepping out of a comfortable (or at least known) routine can feel overwhelming and sometimes terrifying.
I get little heart flip-flops (and not just because I have an ectopic beat) whenever change is pending – the surge of nervous energy that comes with it reminds me to be aware during the new experience. Over the years I’ve found that pushing myself towards new challenges and adventures is supremely rewarding… even when things don’t work out how I anticipate; I experience, learn and grow.
So… here’s to our next adventure!
