Let’s talk about: going grain free

Hey! Sydney-siders!

Are you interested in coming to a workshop on grain-free eating? Good-o, because I’m running one. Next week.

Next Saturday morning I’ll be at the Surry Hills Neighbourhood Centre talking about what it means to have a food intolerance and why so many people are finding they can’t eat certain grains. I’m also going to spend some time pulling apart what has become our modern Australian diet and talk about how to make the most of each meal.

Next week’s workshop follows on from one of the talks Sarah and I gave at the Woodford Folk Festival – the topic proved so popular that I thought my local community might like to get into the discussion. Please do, I’d love to see you there.

There will also be plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions – and I’ll have some tasty grain-free morning tea options to share.

Come one, come all! Let's talk gluten, grains and diet.

Come one, come all! Let’s talk gluten, grains and diet.

All this for only $5. Five clams!

If you’re interested in reading a bit more about when, where and how – take a look at the Facebook events page and/or the Eventful page. You can also RSVP through these sites or via the blog. I’d ask that you do let me know if you’re planning to come so I can make sure I’ve got enough space for everyone and, most importantly, enough snacks.

Hope to see you there!

in February I’ll be doing another workshop, this time on kitchen remedies – how to start healing at home. Any other topics you’d like me to cover in future workshops? Suggestions welcome!
