Sunday Study

I spend at least one day a week holed up in the library, catching up on acupuncture coursework. Since re-entering the world of study (and newly-entering the world of post graduate study) I have rediscovered my amazing procrastination skills. Really, they are second to none! My antidote to this is a dedicated 6-ish hours (usually on a Saturday or Sunday) spent sitting in the quiet calm of the library. No cups of tea or suddenly-important phone calls can be made here. Happy days! What also works well for me is that the library doesn’t open until 10am: 1) how civilised; 2) this means I can get a couple of things done (e.g. exercise / markets / breaky with Jon or friends) before I hit the books. Winning.

So, I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday. I am too… though this is my current reality:

All the books.

I am the only one sitting in this 'Quiet Environment'. Perfect.

My leafy outlook from this desk isn’t bad at all.

Are you studying? Do you also hang out in the library to alleviate procrastination?
